Laval Thomas Jr., a 47-year-old African American man from Adkins, Texas, tragically died on March 29, 2018. He was fatally shot in the head in the parking lot of the Longbranch Saloon in East Bexar County. Thomas was found in the driver's seat of his black Hummer, and despite being rushed to San Antonio Military Medical Center, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
