Isiah Roper, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 5, 2018, in Converse, Texas. The incident occurred following a heated argument between Roper and his girlfriend, 22-year-old Enederia Cherelle Flowers. According to reports, Flowers had a tumultuous relationship with Roper, which ultimately led to the fatal confrontation.
