Elizabeth "Liz" Barraza, a 29-year-old woman from Tomball, Texas, was tragically shot to death on January 25, 2019, while setting up a garage sale outside her home. The incident occurred just before 7 a.m., when an unknown assailant approached Liz and shot her multiple times before fleeing in a dark-colored Nissan Frontier pickup truck. Despite the shooting being captured on video, her killer has never been caught.
