Olivia Monteagudo, a 14-year-old girl from Winona, Texas, tragically lost her life on May 6, 2019. The Smith County Sheriff's Office determined that Olivia, along with her mother Karen Monteagudo, 47, and her father Vincent Monteagudo, 55, died in a tragic double-murder/suicide incident at their home on Dallas Street. Vincent Monteagudo shot his wife and daughter before taking his own life.
