In the winter of 2014, a young man's life was cut short on the streets of St. Louis. Erick Burney, a 21-year-old male, was walking westbound in the 1500 block of Montgomery Street on the afternoon of January 27th. It was just after 1:30 p.m. in the St. Louis Place neighborhood when a vehicle approached him.
