Mason Victor Hopkins, a 24-year-old male from Inez, Texas, tragically passed away on September 11, 2019. The circumstances surrounding his death were the result of a violent altercation. Hopkins was fatally shot by 59-year-old Leroy Mitchell, who was involved in a domestic dispute.
