David Earl Turner Jr., a 19-year-old male from Fort Worth, Texas, died on October 22, 2019, as a result of an accidental shooting. The incident occurred on the night of October 21, 2019, in East Fort Worth. Turner was rushed to John Peter Smith Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries just before 3 am on October 22, 2019.
