On July 29, 2014, Hoa Phuoc Le, age 37, was fatally shot in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred around 2:00 AM near Rex's Café on Michigan Avenue. Le was sitting in a vehicle, talking with a friend, when an unknown suspect, described as a black male aged between 20 and 30 years, approached with a handgun.
