Cara Franchaele Cardinal, a 42-year-old woman from Ore City, Texas, tragically lost her life on December 15, 2019. The incident occurred in the 6300 block of Periwinkle Road in Ore City, where she was found shot in the front yard of her residence. Her mother, Gay Coleman Wagner, 68, was also shot and sustained life-threatening injuries. The perpetrator, Bernard Fustonberg III, 60, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound inside a truck as he attempted to flee the scene.
