Lawrence Garcia Jr., an 18-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically passed away on February 3, 2020, the day after being shot in the back of the head. The incident occurred on February 2, 2020, during a dispute between two groups. Garcia was in a vehicle leaving the scene when Marcus Williams, age 31, fired a single shot at the vehicle, striking Garcia.
