Dennis Michael Taylor, a 60-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity from Angleton, Texas, was found shot to death on Follett's Beach in Brazoria County on February 13, 2020. Taylor, a 30-year veteran of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, was last seen driving his black 2018 Ford F-150 truck in Freeport the night before his body was discovered.
