Jimmie Griffin, a 30-year-old Black male from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically passed away on April 29, 2020. Griffin's death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred in the early morning hours of that day. Police were alerted to the scene in the 3200 block of Evans Avenue after reports of gunfire. When officers arrived, they found Griffin with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
