James Christopher Garrett, a 40-year-old male, tragically lost his life on December 4, 2020, in Houston, TX. He was fatally shot in the 9700 block of South Hanworth Drive around 5:20 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Garrett suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and pronounced him dead at the scene.
