On January 21, 2021, 36-year-old Adam Eliahu Miller, a male of Panamanian descent, was fatally shot in La Marque, Texas. Born on April 5, 1984, in Chalon, Panama, Adam moved to Texas City in 1991 to live with his uncle and aunt, Bill and Jana Price. He attended Texas City schools and later relocated to La Marque in the early 2000s to assist Emma Jean Earles, with whom he resided until his passing.
