Chineye Jones, a 17-year-old African American female, tragically lost her life on January 29, 2021, in Frisco, Texas. The incident occurred at the Stewart Creek Apartments, located in the 7500 block of Stonebrook Parkway. On that fateful evening, officers from the Frisco Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at the apartment complex.
