D'Angelo Reshard Roane, a 29-year-old African American man from Dallas, Texas, was tragically found dead from a gunshot wound inside his apartment at the East Town Apartments on April 3, 2021. Neighbors reported hearing possible gunfire around 11 p.m. the night before his body was discovered. First responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
