In the summer of 2015, the life of 27-year-old Terrence Elliott Perkins, a male resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Wednesday, August 26th, Perkins was in a parked vehicle at the intersection of Goodfellow Boulevard and Amelia Avenue in North St. Louis. Witnesses later recounted seeing him engaged in a conversation with another man just moments before the fatal encounter.
