Wilbert Cruz, a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Bryan, Texas, tragically passed away on August 18, 2021. He was one of two victims found shot to death inside a vehicle at Henderson Park in Bryan. The other victim was 18-year-old Jace Harris.
