Luis Ortiz, a 25-year-old male from Nacogdoches, Texas, tragically died on November 20, 2021. He was found suffering from a gunshot wound beside the garage of a home on Virginia Avenue. Despite officers performing CPR, he later succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital. The incident was part of a series of shootings that occurred that evening, with another victim being hospitalized.
