Donavan S. Lajaune Stephney, a 30-year-old African American male from Frisco, Texas, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2021. He was found in the parking garage of the Lucia Apartments on Grand Gate Way, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention, Donavan was pronounced dead at the scene.
