Carlos Flores, a 21-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 11, 2022, in Keene, Texas. The incident occurred around 1:45 p.m. at a mobile home park off Alaska Street near Texas Street. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Carlos Flores dead on the ground next to a white sedan. Two other individuals were also shot and suffered life-threatening injuries.
