On June 23, 2022, Lauren Rachel Kelley, a 36-year-old woman from Kyle, Texas, tragically lost her life in a shooting incident at her home. The incident also claimed the life of Shayne Robert Loupe, 43, another resident of Kyle. The Kyle Police Department responded to a call around 9:20 p.m. that indicated someone had been shot and possibly deceased while another adult and a child were in the home.
