Cory Bayless, a 43-year-old man from Lake Jackson, Texas, tragically lost his life on June 27, 2022. He was killed in a shooting incident at his residence in the 200 block of Jasmine Street. His 17-year-old son was also shot and critically injured during the incident. The police responded to the scene and found Bayless pronounced dead on arrival, while his son was airlifted to Memorial Herman Hospital in critical condition.
