Jackuelin Rubi Solorio Ocegueda, an 18-year-old Hispanic female, tragically passed away on December 3, 2022, in Victoria, Texas. Jackuelin, affectionately known as "Jackie," was a graduate of Victoria East High School and a Ballet Folklorico dancer. She had a passion for art, painting, and reading. Jackuelin was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church and was deeply loved by her family and friends.
