Steven Presley, a 17-year-old male, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2013, in Renegade Mountain, Tennessee. Steven was one of four victims found shot to death in a car on a rural road in Cumberland County. The other victims were 22-year-old Rikki Jacobsen, 17-year-old Domonic Davis, and 16-year-old Jonathan Lajeunesse.
