On a rural road in the Renegade Mountain community of Cumberland County, Tennessee, a grim discovery was made on September 12, 2013. Inside a parked car were the bodies of four individuals, each having been fatally shot. One of the victims was 17-year-old Steven Presley, a recent graduate of The Phoenix High School in Crossville.
