Herron Adams, a 26-year-old Oakland resident, was tragically killed on the evening of October 1, 2012. The incident occurred outside the Two Star Market and Liquor Store located at 2020 MacArthur Blvd in the Dimond district. Adams had just purchased a bottle of wine and was walking back to his car when he was suddenly shot. The force of the attack caused him to fall through the store's window, and he died at the scene.
