Timothy R. Smith, a 46-year-old man from Maynardville, Tennessee, tragically died on July 24, 2017. He was found dead in his driveway with what appeared to be a single gunshot wound. A handgun was located nearby, and his wife, whose name was not released, was treated and released at a local hospital for injuries sustained during the incident.
