Jacob Clay Furlow, a 17-year-old male from Centerville, Tennessee, tragically died on October 19, 2018. He was shot at his residence on Bells Branch Trail and later succumbed to his injuries at St. Thomas Hickman Hospital. The incident was initially reported as a suicide, but it was later determined to be a homicide.
