In the small town of Centerville, Tennessee, the life of 17-year-old Jacob Clay Farlow was cut tragically short on October 19, 2018. The male teenager was at his home on Bells Branch Trail when he sustained a fatal gunshot wound. He was rushed to St. Thomas Hickman Hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injury.
