Haley Wilcutt, a 19-year-old woman from Savannah, Tennessee, tragically lost her life on November 4, 2018. She was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Walmart in Savannah. The incident occurred around 3:50 p.m., and despite being rushed to Hardin County Hospital, Haley succumbed to her injuries.
