George Fleagal II, a 19-year-old male from Rockwood, Tennessee, tragically died on August 27, 2019, from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was found around 12:19 a.m. in the 200 block of Ridge Avenue, and despite attempts at CPR, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Rockwood Police Department were called in to investigate the incident.
