Randall Hawkins, a 64-year-old male from the Knoxville area, was fatally shot in the driveway of a cabin on Conner Drive in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on the night of September 4, 2019. Officers responded to the scene after receiving a report of gunshots around 11:40 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Hawkins dead from gunshot wounds in the driveway.
