Masked intruders broke into the residence on West End Avenue, demanding money. In a harrowing turn of events, Contreras was fatally shot while in bed, with his fiancée, Madison Hargrove, and their two young sons, Josiah and Zeke, by his side. The assailants fled the scene moments later.
Contreras was a graduate of Marshall County High School and a recognized figure in his community. He was the founder of the Unstoppable clothing and music brand and was actively involved with Re:Solution, a group where he mentored young musicians, encouraging them to pursue their aspirations.
