On a Sunday in September 2021, the quiet of Coffee County, Tennessee, was broken by the discovery of a grim scene at a home on Clyde Vickers Road in Estill Springs. Inside, authorities found the bodies of 27-year-old Chasity Kay Hill and 22-year-old Logan Tindale. Both had been fatally shot in what was immediately investigated as a double homicide. The tragedy was compounded by the fact that Hill was three months pregnant at the time of her murder.
