On a late September day in 2021, the quiet of a rural road in Henry County, Tennessee, was shattered by a violent incident that left two people with fatal gunshot wounds. Kristen D. Warren, a 39-year-old female, was discovered bleeding in the roadway on Old Paris-Murray Road, alongside 30-year-old Lonzie Dunlap III. Both had suffered from apparent gunshot wounds and were found lying at the rear of a vehicle.
