In the early morning hours of July 7, 2011, the life of 18-year-old David Wayne Raisch-Day, a male from Cass Lake, Minnesota, was tragically cut short in Minneapolis. A sanitation worker on their route made the grim discovery in an alley in the 2500 block between Polk and Taylor streets NE and immediately contacted the authorities.
