Eric Burton Rivers, an infant from Minneapolis, tragically died on September 27, 2012, during a mass shooting incident at Accent Signage Systems, a local business. On that day, a disgruntled former employee entered the premises and opened fire, killing several people. Rivers, one of the victims of this workplace shooting, was critically injured and taken to Hennepin County Medical Center, where he was placed on life support.
