Andrea Arrington, a 23-year-old woman from Ridley Township, PA, was tragically shot and killed on July 20, 2009. Arrington, who was of African American ethnicity, was the mother of a young son and was about to earn her associates degree, with plans to attend Temple University in the fall. She was shot multiple times outside her home by her estranged boyfriend, Aaron Michael, who was the son of a Chester police officer.
