In the early morning hours of September 12, 2015, a violent encounter in a north Minneapolis residence claimed the life of 25-year-old Miguel Yobani Garcia Silvestre. Police responded to a report of a shooting at a home on the 1200 block of 22nd Avenue North at approximately 4:30 a.m..
