Jimmy Stanback Jr., aged 25, was shot and killed on May 7, 2016, in an alley outside his home in North Minneapolis. His death remains an unsolved case, despite ongoing investigations. Stanback Jr. was the son of Jimmy Stanback Sr., a well-known anti-gang advocate in the area.
