John L. Jack Parkes, a 59-year-old Caucasian male from Kennedy Township, Pennsylvania, tragically died on July 21, 2014. Parkes was found unresponsive in his home by his fiancée, Carol Lapaglia, who discovered him lying on the floor with a gunshot wound to the head. An autopsy confirmed that he had died from a single gunshot to the head.
