David Kedra, a 26-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on September 30, 2014, in Plymouth Township, Pennsylvania. He was a Pennsylvania State Police trooper who was accidentally shot during a training exercise at the Montgomery County Public Safety Training Complex. During the exercise, a live round was inadvertently discharged by another trooper, striking Kedra in the chest. He was airlifted to Temple University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
