Tyray Evans, a 22-year-old male from Sterling, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 26, 2014, in Stowe Township, Pennsylvania. Evans was fatally shot inside a home on Pleasant Ridge Drive early that Sunday morning. He was transported to Allegheny General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

The investigation into Evans' death led to the arrest of 20-year-old Desmond Wilson, who was charged with homicide and firearms violations. Wilson was taken into custo ...
