Melvin D. Bizzarro, a 42-year-old male of Italian ethnicity from Bradford, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on January 16, 2015. He was well-known in the community, having owned Togi's Family Restaurant with his wife, Michelle. Melvin was also an avid golfer and had coached various youth sports leagues.
