In the winter of 2015, a long-simmering family conflict in Bradford, Pennsylvania, culminated in the death of 42-year-old Melvin Bizzarro. On the morning of Friday, January 16, 2015, Bizzarro was shot in the chest and killed in the parking lot of Togi's Family Restaurant, a business he had once co-owned with his estranged wife. The man arrested and charged with his death was his 62-year-old father-in-law, Stephen Stidd.
