Lamone Mizzy Rashaad McCoy, a 20-year-old African American man from Pittsburgh, tragically died on September 14, 2015, in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot multiple times in an apartment on South Seventh Street. The incident occurred during a confrontation with Jamere Ramone Glanton, an 18-year-old resident of Jeannette. Witnesses reported that McCoy was waving an automatic rifle and claiming he had been robbed of $4,000 worth of heroin.
