On January 11, 2016, 12-year-old Ciara Meyer, a Caucasian girl from Duncannon, Pennsylvania, tragically died from a gunshot wound to the chest. The incident occurred during an eviction dispute at her home. Ciara's father, Donald Meyer, was involved in a confrontation with Constable Clark Steele, who was serving eviction papers.
