Gary D. Marchalk, a 60-year-old Caucasian male from Tamaqua, PA, died on June 19, 2017, at his home in Barnesville, Pennsylvania. He was a well-known criminal defense lawyer and legal administrator who had a long career in law and real estate. Gary was estranged from his wife, Linda Marchalk, the Schuylkill County Treasurer, and had filed for divorce on May 11, 2017.
