Kenneth Morris, a 28-year-old man from Berwick, Pennsylvania, tragically died on October 3, 2017, after accidentally shooting himself. The incident occurred while he was trying to comfort his crying son in the back seat of his car. Morris reached for a .357-caliber gun that had fallen from his shoulder holster, and in the process, he accidentally pulled the trigger, shooting himself in the stomach. He was taken to a hospital but later succumbed to his injuries.
