Ronald Williams Jr., a 49-year-old man from Morrisdale, Pennsylvania, tragically died on March 14, 2019. He was of African American ethnicity. Ronald was bedridden following a stroke and had limited use of his right arm. He was known to suffer from depression and often talked about suicide.
