Sydney Parmelee, a 23-year-old woman from Carlisle, PA, tragically passed away on July 5, 2020, from a gunshot wound to the head. Initially, her death was reported as a suicide, but further investigation revealed that she was actually a victim of homicide. Sydney was a student at HACC, studying to become a pediatric nurse, and was a loving mother to two children.
