Arti Madhusudan Ayda, a 47-year-old woman of Indian ethnicity, tragically died on January 24, 2021, in West Whiteland Township, Pennsylvania. She was one of four family members found dead in their home, in what authorities determined to be an apparent murder-suicide. The other victims included her 50-year-old husband, Deepak Prabakhar Kulkarni, and their two sons, Shubham Deepak Kulkarni, 15, and Sharvil Deepak Kulkarni, 8.
